FAN APPRECIATION DAY SET FOR SATURDAY AT FREEHOLD

FREEHOLD, NJ - - Freehold Raceway, the nation’s oldest and fastest half mile harness
racetrack has set Fan Appreciation Day for Saturday, June 14 to coincide with Closing
Day of the 2007-2008 season.

Freehold will be giving away $ 1,000 worth of gas station gift cards.  There will be drawings throughout the day and 20 lucky patrons will win $ 50. worth of gas.

In addition, reduced prices will be offered for Hot Dogs, Small Soda, Pizza Slice, Popcorn, Chips and Freehold’s Live Program.  Those items will be offered for
$ 1.00 each during live racing.

“We wanted to show appreciation to our loyal patrons who, despite rising gas prices, continued to support us throughout the meet.” General Manager Donald Codey said.

First race post time is set for 12:30 pm.
